Change in composition of the group of shareholders as a result of a restructuring of a trust ownership structure following which 503,015 shares in Leonteq AG subject to lock-up undertaking have been transferred to group member 5. Group of shareholders acting in concert by virtue of lock-up undertakings entered into in connection with the IPO of EFG Financial Products Holding AG (renamed Leonteq AG). The group comprises 51 employee shareholders (other than the shareholders individually named herein). Group member 5 is wholly owned by Seforong LP, Deltec House, Lyford Cay, P.O. Box SP-64284, Nassau, Bahamas which in turn is wholly owned by group member 6. Mihale Ltd., Deltec House, Lyford Cay, P.O. Box SP-64284, Nassau, Bahamas, is the general partner of group member 5. Group member 4 wholly owns Mihale Ltd. and is appointed as a director of Mihale Ltd. Group member 6 acts as trustee of a trust which holds through group member 5 503,015 shares in Leonteq AG subject to lock-up undertaking. The trust was settled by group member 4.
