Name change of the direct holder and of certain indirect holders of shares. The direct holder of the shares, Alliance Boots Investment 2 GmbH, changed its name to Sprint Investments 2 GmbH. Other entities of the Sprint Acquisitions Holdings Limited group (formerly AB Acquisitions Holdings Limited) also changed their names to include the component "Sprint". No other changes in the direct holder of the shares or in the indirect ownership structure occurred. The current ownership structure is as follows: Sprint Investments 2 GmbH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sprint Investments 4 Limited, Sedley Place, 4th Floor, 361 Oxford Street, London W1C 2JL, UK. Sprint Investments 4 Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sprint Acquisitions Holdings Limited, 57/63 Line Wall Road, Gibraltar. The two ultimate beneficial owners Stefano Pessina, 24 Bd du Tenao, 98000 Monaco, Monaco, and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P., 9 West 57 Street, Suite 4200, New York 10019, USA hold their participation in Galenica AG through Sprint Acquisitions Holdings Limited. The shareholding of the group in Galenica AG (held through Sprint Investments 2 GmbH) remains unchanged (total 1,656,172 shares, of which 1,300,000 (i.e. 20% of the total number of voting rights in Galenica AG) with exercisable voting rights).
