Control of 58,079 voting rights (1.295% of total voting rights in the issuer) aggregated from funds managed by the three entities listed below. The ultimate parent of TAML is Ameriprise Financial, Inc. (b) Threadneedle Investment Services Limited, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6AG, UK, as authorized fund manager for certain investment schemes. The ultimate parent of Threadneedle Investments Services Limited is Ameriprise Financial, Inc. (c) Threadneedle Management Luxembourg S.A. 44, rue de la Vallée, L-2661 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, as authorized fund manager for certain Investment schemes. The ultimate parent of Threadneedle Management Luxembourg S.A. is Ameriprise Financial, Inc. Direct holders of the shares are multiple nominee companies. 2.
