On October 8, 2020, Raiffeisen Informatik GmbH & Co KG, Vienna, Austria entered into an agreement to sell all its shares in SoftwareONE Holding AG. Upon closing of such sales transaction on October 13, 2020, Raiffeisen Informatik GmbH & Co KG is no longer party to the sell-down coordination agreement referred to above. Consequently, Raiffeisen Informatik GmbH & Co KG and its beneficial owners no longer form part of the group subject to reporting obligation. B.
