The Federated Hermes Kaufmann Fund now holds: 302,146 ADRs and 1,401,544 common shares, equivalent to 5.28% of the voting rights in Molecular Partners AG. The Federated Hermes Kaufmann Small Cap Fund now holds: 117,221 ADRs and 1,098,474 common shares, equivalent to 3.76% of the voting rights in Molecular Partners AG. We herewith confirm we meet and will continue to meet the independence requirements as stipulated in art. 18 para. 3 and 5 FMIO-FINMA.
