The Federated Hermes Kaufmann Fund has dropped below 5% and now holds: 295,323 ADRs and 1,318,894 common shares, equivalent to 4.999% of the voting rights in Molecular Partners AG. The Federated Hermes Kaufmann Small Cap Fund now holds: 114,574 ADRs and 1,033,696 common shares, equivalent to 3.556% of the voting rights in Molecular Partners AG. We herewith confirm we meet and will continue to meet the independence requirements as stipulated in art. 18 para. 3 and 5 FMIO-FINMA.
