The Person Subject to the Reporting Obligation previously submitted a Form I notification on 20 March 2024. That notification disclosed that DESRI Acquisition Holdings, L.L.C. had committed to purchase unsubscribed and unplaced shares from Meyer Burger Technology AG's (“Meyer Burger”) rights offering. On 2 April 2024, Meyer Burger informed that it was able to place all of the shares in its rights offering and subsequent share placement and that therefore, the commitment provided by DESRI Acquisition Holdings, L.L.C. is no longer required; accordingly, the corresponding previously reported purchase position has fallen away and DESRI Acquisition Holdings, L.L.C. no longer holds any reportable positions in Meyer Burger. Moreover, as a result of Meyer Burger's rights offering, Meyer Burger adjusted the conversion price of its convertible bonds, leading to follow-on changes in certain of the reportable derivative positions disclosed (as purchase positions) in this disclosure notice. The disclosure positions shown in this notice are calculated on the basis of the number of Meyer Burger shares registered in the commercial register as of the date hereof.
