Dual diclsoure has been recommended by Astaris' counsel "Niederer Kraft Frey" On 22 October 2025, Astaris Special Situations Master Fund Limited, acting via its Investment Manager Astaris Capital Management LLP, received an allocation of convertible bonds in DocMorris AG (ISIN: CH1494626216). This allocation, together with some existing voting rights, triggered the disclosure obligation. The final allocation is subject to potential scale-back prior to settlement on or around 19 November 2025. The disclosure reflects the maximum allocated position. An amended notification will be submitted if the final allocation results in a change crossing a disclosable threshold
